Present Infrastructure
At Wadikond, every plot is adjacent to a well-maintained road that has been in use for over five years. Additionally, we have constructed a tar road from the state highway, ensuring seamless connectivity.
Electricity lines run throughout the area, with poles strategically placed so that each plot is within 50-70 meters of a pole. This guarantees easy access to electricity for any plot owner building a home.
We also have a common meter that powers the guesthouse lighting, common kitchen, pump-motor, and common area lighting, ensuring a hassle-free experience.
For water supply, we have a nearby well that meets our total water requirements. Moreover, there are two farm ponds with a capacity of over 600,000 liters of water, which are used for irrigating the Wadis.
Each plot is provided with two water connections: one for personal use and the other for irrigating the Wadi and garden. Several connections have already been installed, and you can see them during your visit.
